It is with great pleasure we invite you to the next 'Nurturing Your Health' presentation on the Quality of Sleep: How to improve it to feel more vital throughout your day.
Do you rely on caffeine or sugar to get you through the day? Do you wake up feeling tired, even after an 'adequate' nights rest? Do you find it hard to get asleep and stay asleep? Do you feel your 'lack of sleep' is affecting your relationships?
Often our focus is on the number of hours of sleep we get but in this we are ignoring the very important factors that influence our vitality and wellbeing. Ultimately it is the quality of our sleep that determines how we feel when we wake up in the morning and the choices we make throughout our day that do or do not support our body. This presentation explores practical ways you can improve the quality of your sleep so that you can get more enjoyment from life and your relationships.
Nurturing Your Health mornings are informal well-being presentations that provide opportunities to understand how we can nurture ourselves and support our well-being on a deeper level.
