Serge Benhayon presented ...

Life is Medicine April 2016

A Ground-breaking Event for All
Book for Life is Medicine September 2016
On Sunday 3rd April, international presenter, author and philosopher Serge Benhayon, presented to an audience of over 220 people at the Sydney Novotel Manly Pacific on the topic of ‘Life is Medicine’, giving Sydney audiences a chance to experience the contemporary yet ageless philosophies that an increasing number of people are calling ‘life-changing’.

Serge Benhayon commenced his presentation with an overview of the current state of illness and disease in the world which has seen a dramatic rise in the last decade, posing the poignant question of how this could be the case in light of the fact that more money and expertise is being poured into medical research and treatment than ever before?

Acknowledging the important role that Western medicine currently plays but how this system is currently being over-burdened, he then went on to explore that the way we live and the choices that we make in our day-to-day lives can in fact be our ‘good medicine’ and that this preventative approach to ill health is what will make the change to the statistics being turned around.
Book the next Life is Medicine event
“Everything we do is either healing or harming… [It’s about] simply taking responsibility back and knowing you can make a change. Everything is related to lifestyle, how we live, our every living way. We have been careless and lacking in self-nurturing and self-responsibility”  ~ Serge Benhayon
Serge then went on to present that connecting to and living from ‘our essence’ (the inner-most part of us) that resides within, is essentially ‘good medicine’ and he offered a comprehensive model of how to do this. This sparked an engaging conversation with the audience on what this way of living looks and feels like; what became very apparent as the morning unfolded was the challenges that come with living in a world that champions what we do rather than who we are.
The afternoon sessions offered participants the opportunity to have a tangible experience of connecting with their essence through the Universal Medicine Therapies of Sacred Esoteric Healing, Esoteric Yoga, The Gentle Breath Meditation™ and True Movement. These modalities were offered in various conference rooms and were enjoyed by hundreds.

Via these modalities people had the opportunity to surrender and deepen their connection to their body, giving them a tangible experience of harmony and stillness, which are key ingredients to ‘living life as medicine.’ Universal Medicine Practitioners and a support crew from all over Australia flew into Sydney to offer their services as practitioners and to participate in the day.

Eye opening, very good explanation of how to get through life. There is no judgement, it is not ‘you are bad’, it is just about being yourself. What was being said was so easy to understand, it wasn’t hippy, it was very normal, anyone can connect to what he is saying. And the healings, I have never experienced anything like that before. For a week I have had neck pain and now its gone. It was pain so bad I have had to take aspirin and after that healing session it is gone. ~ Erwin, Car Mechanic, Sydney
Oh my gosh how do you put words to it.  . .  Deeply connecting is the best way to describe it. It is the first time I have felt fully and deeply connected to my body. It was the first time I have felt the fire. Our intellect seems to drive most of our decisions, but our bodies are numb. And with alcohol, sugar and stimulants, when you feel your body in that state it’s even more numb. When I drink I can’t feel my heart, I have tested this over the last 4 times I have drunk alcohol and I couldn’t feel my heart, I felt numb. The true wisdom is in our body.
~ Carlie, Sydney
