Modern Life - Is this it? Living yourself in the world
Modern life is intense. Feeling pressured has become normal. So how do we live our lives, true to ourselves? In this workshop we explore "how to" connect to the essence inside of us, and develop understanding of how to live true to ourselves, in everyday life.

Rachel Mascord is a dentist with a passion for human health and the true state of our being.
Deanne has a love and background of working with the body that has been inspired by Esoteric Yoga – The Yoga of Stillness, and is an accredited complementary healing practitioner.
Alexis Stewart has been teaching yoga in Sydney for the last 17 years and is dedicated to sharing the truth of yoga with everyone.
